The Government of Kenya made the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) called the Government Human Resource Information System (GHRIS). The main goal of GHRIS is to give the government a One-Stop-Shop HRIS for managing all aspects of Human Resources (HR).

Step 1: Open a web browser and go to the Ghris register URL.
Step 2: Type “National ID Card,” “KRA PIN,” “First Name,” “Last Name,” “Temporary Password,” and “Create your Password” into the appropriate fields.
Step 3: Click the “Save” button. The page will load to the next page, where you will be asked for your email address, a password, and more.
Follow the directions to get the job done. Go to the login page and enter your login information to get into your Ghris login account once you’ve signed up.
How To Forget Password Ghris?
Step 1: Type “Reset Ghris password URL” into a web browser to open the page.
Step 2: Type in your “National ID Card,” “KRA PIN,” “First Name,” “Last Name,” and “Email” in the spaces provided.
Step 3: Click “Reset Password.” The system will check your information and send you a link to reset your password to the email address you used to sign up. Go to your email and click on the link to see what to do to finish the process.
Go to the login page and enter a new password to get into your Ghris account once the password has been reset.
How Long Is A Payroll Number?
