Once you’ve made your 120th payment, send in a PSLF form so that your payments can be counted and you can apply for forgiveness. After we get your PSLF form, we’ll look at your loans to see if you can get them forgiven.

No longer is FedLoan Servicing a choice. Once MOHELA is chosen, Aidvantage, another member of the FSA’s servicing team, will combine the borrower’s loans into one. Once Aidvantage is done with the consolidation, the new loan will be sent to MOHELA to be serviced in the usual way.
