What Is Psira?
In a nutshell, PSIRA’s main goals are to regulate the private security industry and control how security service providers do their jobs in the public and national interest and in the interest of the private security industry itself.
The person must: Be over 18 years old. Be a person who lives in South Africa for good. Not have a criminal record, especially for the crimes listed in the Private Security Industry Regulation Act as “scheduled crimes.”
With PSIRA, this will take about 6–8 weeks. PSIRA will send the client a text message when the Registration Document is ready to be picked up. Only the client who signed up can pick up his or her certificate and card at PSIRA (Training Providers are not allowed to collect on behalf of any client).

Follow the directions to get the job done. Once you’re signed up, go to the login page and enter your login information to get into your Psira account.
How To Forget Your Psira Password?
Step 1: Type the Reset Psira password URL into a web browser to get started.
Step 2: Type your “Email” into the field that’s there.
Step 3: Click “Submit.” The system will check your information and send you a link to reset your password to the email address you used to sign up. Go to your email and click on the link to see what to do to finish the process.
Go to the login page and enter a new password to get into your Psira account once the password has been reset.
